iConfirm has a low rate of just 10¢/minute, billed at the beginning of each minute.  You only pay for connected calls, and there are no contracts, monthly fees, or startup costs. 

iConfirm is pre-paid service that as you use make your calls your account balance is drawn down.   It can always be replished using a credit card for your convenience.
